Members received their first issue of Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) Ruralite magazine back in 1977! While we know there are many members who still love this publication, we also know others prefer alternative forms of communication from their electric cooperative.
GVEA has a fiscal responsibility to spend money wisely, 和, in an effort to save costs, we are proceeding with an opt-in program for members who wish to continue receiving Ruralite.

The deadline for the initial round of opt-ins was July 31, 2024, but members will always have the opportunity to opt-in*
*Please note: The Ruralite subscription list is sent to the publisher on or around the 9th of the month prior to publication. Opt-in submissions received after the list is sent will not receive their magazine until the following month. Example: The subscription list for the October issue is sent to the publisher in the second week of September. Members who submit an opt-in form after September 9 will begin receiving their monthly issue in November.
